Abstract The light emitted from a Keplerian ring around the objects with strong gravitational field should be affected by Doppler shift, gravitational redshift and deflection of light. The line profiles for a faraway observer are dominated by these effects. In this paper the precise solutions of line profiles for the Keplerian rings in the Schwarz-schild case have been obtained by means of the kinetic equation for photons.
