Abstract The kinetics and scaling behaviors of reaction-percolation ballistic surface growth with two kinds of particles A and C is investigated. When the probability of particle C is zero, i.e. q=0,the deposition is the traditional ballistic deposition of single particle. When the probability is not zero,i.e.q≠0, in 2+1 dimensions and 3+1 dimensions, the morphological structural transitions are observed. When q approaches the threshold, at which the growth will stop, there is a scaling behavior for the growth velocity, which can be interpreted by the percolation theory.
