摘要: 本文应用线性化缀加平面波(WLAPW)方法自洽地计算了Nd2CuO4的电子结构,由于局域的Nd4f电子与导带电子的相互作用(杂化),使Cu—O(1)的dp带在高于Fermi能0.18ev处出现了峰值≈4state/eV·cell的态密度(DOS)峰,可能用来说明Nd2-xCexCuO4随x变化而出现的超导电性转变。
Abstract: The electronic structure of Nd2CuO4 has been calculated self-consistently by WLAPW method. Because of the interactions (hybridization) between the electrons in the localized Nd 4f bands and those in the conduction band, a≈4 states/eV. cell DOS peak of the Cu-0(1) dp a band is presented at 0.18 eV above the Fermi energy, which may be used as a possible interpretation of the superconducting transition in Nd2-xCexCuO4 with x.
