本文从邻苯二甲酸氢物晶体中位错等缺陷的分布、形态,结合该晶体的微观结构特性,讨论了缺陷与结构之间的关系,并简要地探讨了缺陷的成因.Based on the distribution and the morphology of the dislocations and other defects as well as the structural feature, the relationship between the defects and the structure of the rubidium acid phthalate crystal is discussed. In addition, a brief account of the defect formation is also given.
