Abstract: A fully relativistic multiconfiguration Dirac-Fock method with Breit and QED cor rections is used to calculate the spin-forbidden 2s2 1S0—2s2p 3P1 (Z=10—103) transition energy level se parations and transition probabilities for the Be-like ions. The results are in good agreements with recent experimental data and other theoretical values. The results show that the spin-forbidden transition probabilities are in corresponde nce with these of E1 transitions and cannot be ignored in the laser plasma of hi gh temperature in ICF and MCF fusions.
