Abstract: The selfconsistent semiclassical approach is extended from the case of zero temperature to finite temperature to determine the nucleon densities of hot nuclei. The properties of giant resonances on hot nuclei, espencially the temperature dependence of the centroids, are evaluated and analysed with help of the densities above determined. Some of the present results are compared with those of HF and RPA.
