Abstract: The stability of m = l,n = l internal kink mode in tokamak plasma with anisotropic energetic circulating particle component is analyzed by using the generalized energy principle. The stabilizing effect from the barely circulating particles is proved. The similarity and difference of the stabilizing effect on the internal kink mode from the energetic trapped particles and energetic circulating particles are compared, based on physical picture.
