Abstract: The momentum transfer dependence of the cross section for electron impact ionization of helium at an incident energy of 150 eV is investigated by using the BBK model and the DS3C model. The results of the present work are compared with experimental data. The structure of the cross section is analyzed, and the exchange effect is discussed.
