Abstract: The entanglement dynamics of the system composed of three two-level atoms resonantly interacting with three coupled cavities is investigated in this paper. The influence of coupling constant between cavities on the entanglement between atoms and that between cavities are discussed. The results obtained using the numerical method show that the entanglement between atoms has a nonlinear relation with increase of the cavity-cavity coupling coefficient. On the other hand, the entanglement between cavity A and cavity B and the entanglement between cavity B and cavity C weaken with the increase of the coupling constant between cavities, but the entanglement between cavity A and cavity C strengthens with the increase of cavity-cavity coupling coefficient.
