Abstract: The Raman spectra of two-component piezoelectric single crystal alumimium gallium phosphate A11-xGaxPO4(x=0.12) (AGP) have been obtained. and it has beeh shown that the red shifted spectrum lines exceed blue shifted ones in number and the TO/LO splittings for E modes decreases obviously in comparison with that of α-AlPO4. These features are interpreted in terms of lattice dynamics.
