Abstract: This paper reports the theoretical calculation of the ambipolar diffusion coefficient in TDFWM-IL. We have obtained the ambipolar diffuion coefficient Da= 0.3cm2/s for CdS:Cu and compared with measured results for PbS ultrafine particles.
