本文中提出了超导转变温度Tc与离子注入剂量φ的经验关系式,Tc=1.13θDexp[-1/(A/(Φ+1)+B)].将这一关系式和若干实验结果进行了对比,结果表明,计算值与实验结果符合得很好。最后我们讨论了这一关系式的物理基础,认为由于费密面附近出现了杂质能带,导致了样品Tc的变化。We present a empirical relationship between the superconducting transition temperature, Tc, and the doses of implanted ions, φ, namely Tc=1.13θDexp[-1/(A/(Φ+1)+B)] In comparing with experimental results, the calculated values of Tc by this expression are found in good agreement with them. Finally, we discuss the physical base of this relationship. The analysis indicates that the existance of the impurity band near the fermi surface results in the change of Tc.
