  • 摘要

    本文分析了激光TEMm0和TEM0l模相位补偿的远场分布。结果表明,其远场分布特性均有本质的改进。

     

    Abstract

    The phase compensated far field distribution of laser modes TEMm0 and TEM0l is analyzed. It is shown that the characteristics of the far field distribution is substantially improved.
