    本文用激光器模式耦合半经典理论,阐述激光腔内吸收光谱学方法的物理机制,探求影响灵敏度的因素。

     

    Abstract

    The mechanism of intracavity absorption spectroscopy is described by the semiclassical theory of mode coupling in laser, and an analysis of the factors that determine sensitivity is given.
