    在有恒定外电、磁场的情况下,采用微观相空间密度方法导出了均匀等离子体的动力学方程。

     

    Abstract

    A kinetic equation for uniform plasma in the presence of both constant electric and magnetic fields was obtained by the method of micro-density in the phase space.
