利用可调谐TEACO2激光,在GaAs-Al界面上采用光栅耦合首次从实验上获得了红外表面二次谐波的共振激励输出,并研究了该界面上红外表面二次谐波的某些特性。理论值与实验值符合较好。Using a tunable TEA CO2 Laser and grating Coupling at the interface of GaAs-Al, we have obtained, for the first time, the output of the resonantly excited infrared surface pola-riton second harmonic. The charateristics of the surface second harmonic have been investigated, The agreement between theory and experiment is good.
