Using Noether's theorem, the conversation laws for general Lagrangian in Einstein-Cartan theory are derived. The general covariant energy-momentum conversation law for general Lagrangian including torsion is obtained from general displacement transformation xμ＇=xμ+edμba. It is shown that in our general case the superpotential must be existed. This result is the natural extension of the theory in references 1 , 2.
