Microscopic expressions for the coefficients of diffusion, viscosity and thermal conductivity are derived using Resibois method. Velocities of the zeroth and first sounds are calculated. Based on an analysis of collision integral, it is shown that a series of relaxtion time parameters is necessary to define precisely the sound propagation properties in 2-D Fermi liquids, in contrast to the 3-D case.
