在qc?ω条件下,对极性声子频率色散关系进行简化,得到了描述高低频介电函数间关系的广义Kurosawa关系和广义LST(Lyddane-Sachs-Teller)关系。通过测量TGS(硫酸三甘氨酸)晶体的偏振Raman谱,使这一新的理论结果得到了实验验证。Under the condition of qc?ω, the generalized frequency dispersion relation of polar pho-nons is simplified- The generalized Kurosawa relation and LST relation are derived and verified by the Raman spectra of TGS singal crystal.
