  • 两束波长为632.8nm的He-Ne激光在掺Mn的钾钠铌酸锶钡(KNSBN)晶体中对撞,诱导产生一个光学二极管,当两束光同时存在且入射功率分别为0.876mW和0.0914mW时,光学二极管两个方向上的等效透射率之比达202,并有继续增大的趋势。

     

    Two laser beams of wave length 632.8nm encouter in Mn doped KNSBN crystal and induce a optical diode. A maximum ratio of 202 for equivalent transmissivity in two directions of the optical diode is obtained at the input powers of 0.876mW and 0.0914mW respectivly and the ratio shows a tendency to increase further.
