报道用正交化线性组合原子轨道(OLCAO)方法计算的CdTe的能带结构,结果与线性缀加平面波(LAPW),线性丸盒轨道-原子球近似(LMTO-ASA)以及非局域化经验赝势(NL-EPM)所得的结果相近。同时还叙述与CdTe的光学特性有关的一些物理量的计算结果,它们是介电函数虚部∈2(ω),高频电导率虚部σ1(ω)以及反射率谱R(ω)。The energy bands of CdTe are studied using the method of Orthogonalized Linear Com-bination of Atomic Orbitals (OLCAO). The risults are in good agreement with that given by methods of LAPW, LMTO-ASA and NL-EPM. Some physical quantities related to the optical properties of CdTe are also described. These are the imaginary component of optical dielec-tric function ∈2(ω), and that of high frequency conductivity σ1(ω), and the optical reflectivity R(∈)
