  • 把超导体作为各向异性的费密系统,考虑到电子拓扑跃变情况下,利用三能带交迭模型计算出超导转变温度Tc和化学势μ的关系,以及其它的热力学量。计算结果同实验进行了比较。

     

    In this paper, we regard the superconductor as an anisotropic Fermi system, taking into account topological transitions of the electronicenergy. We have worked out the relationship between the transition temperature Tc and chemical potential, and other thermodymanic quantities on the basis of the model of three overlapping energy bands. The results are in agreenment with experimental data.
