  • 用X射线衍射、穆斯堡尔谱和透射电子显微镜等研究了溶胶法制备的Fe~SiO_2和Fe_(?)Ni_(?)-SiO_2粒状固体(granularsolids)的结构;测量了它们不同温度下的磁化曲线和磁滞回线;利用趋近饱和定律求出这些粒状固体的有效各向异性常数.采用均匀转动反磁化和平均矫顽力模型计算了这些样品不同温度下的矫顽力;得出与实验符合得很好的结果.

     

    The Fe-SiO2 and Fe20Ni80-SiO2 granular solid has been prepared using a sol-gel method. The structure and the phase constitution of them is measured by X-ray diffraction, Mossbauer spectra and the morphology of them is observed using transmission electron
