Thecharacterizationofall opticalwavelengthconverterbasedonthecascadedsecond ordernonlinearitiesinLiNbO3waveguideshasbeencarriedoutinthisworkinordertofindrulestooptimizethefabricationparametersforstableandhigh efficiencyall opticalwavelengthconvention.Firstly,thecomparisonofnumericalanalysisresultsandthesmall signalanalysisresultsisgivenbasedonthecoupledmodeequation.Secondly,usingthenumericalresults,thedependenceofthefundamentalwavelengthandtheQPMgratingperiodonthebulktemperatureisgivenrespectively.Finally ,therelationshipbetweentheoutputpowerofaconvertedlightandthe 3dBbandwidthoffundamentalwavelength ,bulktemperature ,gratingperiodisanalyzed .
