    The behaviour of an electron between two quantum wells, is studied by exact solution of a time-dependent Schrdinger equation. The time-dependent electron occupation-probability is obtained analytically as a function of the energy difference between the two wells, coupling constant and driving frequency. The condit ion that electron can be trapped in a single quantum well is obtained.
