Bound states of relativistic particles in the second P?schl-Teller potentials

Abstract
The s-wave bound states of the Klein-Gordon equation and Dirac equation with the Second Pschl-Teller scalar and vector potentials are obtained, and the solutions are expressed in terms of hypergeometric function.
