In the present paper, the level spectrum of F19 is calculated by the rotational perburbation method. Results are comparei with experimental data, and they are found to be quite fit. It appears to be correct that the low energy level spectrum of F19 can be interpretated as the rotational band due to large deformation of the nucleas F19.
