本文对Y3-xBixFe5O12石榴石型铁氧体(x=0,0.06,0.15,0.32,0.57,0.85,1.00)的穆斯堡尔谱进行了讨论。对此材料的居里温度随其Bi含量x的增加而升高的机理提出了初步看法。M?ssbauer spectroscopy for Y3-xBixFe5O12 monocrystals have been studied and a preliminary consideration on increase of the Curie temperature of the materials along with its bismuth content x is presented.
